How can I set process rights to all user? all users who have acces to sharepoint site and list should also have rights to start a process!
something like "NT AUTHORITYauthenticated users"
I use this for my SharePoint SIte and and within the process I need the same
Setting the rights twice is a lot of work and causes errors!

Hi,
Avoid using any of the NT AUTHORITY principles when assigning K2 rights. K2 cannot resolve this as it tries to resolve "NT AUTHORITY" as a domain name.
For your scenario assign the rights to the domain group called "Domain Users". This group contains every user with an account on the specified domain. If you have more than one domain, add the Domain Users group from each domain and assign permissions accordingly.
