I'm trying to create a review/approval workflow for a document library. Each document has a unique set of approvers that are inputted during check in. The workflow should start every five years and while it runs the set of approvers will make changes on it. Non-approvers should not be able to see those changes until all of the approvers have given approval for a final draft. They should only be able to see a frozen draft of the document before the workflow began. All approvers should be able to see the changes as they are being made to the document. How can I go about making this workflow? I have tried the set item permissions action but I could not get it to work.
Doesn't that setting allow everyone that has contribute access to see the drafts? Each document in my library has a unique set of three approvers and for each document only the designated three aprovers that have been assigned to it should be able to see the drafts.
