I have created a time sheet forum, in the form I took 2 list lookup valus in repeating section, but the data was not updated in the list and I am receiving an error in UDA . How I can update the values in UDA?

@User8524 what exactly is this UDA doing?
UDAs for a Site and Site Collection level can be modified. But, UDA on the farm level will need to be modified at the site level and re-imported at the site collection level.
You need to navigate to the User Defined Actions page and then select the User Defined Action (UDA) from the list, click the Modify button.
