List lookup returning blank when filtering

I cant seem to figure this out as I am following the cascading dropdown guide but using two lists.

https://community.nintex.com/t5/Community-Blogs/Three-Tier-Cascading-Drop-Downs-Do-Go-Chasing-Waterf...

-List A is called Regions

-List B is called Centers with the 2nd column set as a lookup for regions.

On forms, List A shows available regions per screen shot.

But on List B, it is blank with the filter. Without filter, I can see all the list of centers.

List B is filtered by a controls value, which is List A list lookup control.

Im up to date on nintex forms 2013

Vers 2.11.7.22

Re: List lookup returning blank when filtering

Hi,

If you use the basic tutorial and follow it exactly using 3 lists does it work for you then.

Re: List lookup returning blank when filtering

Hi Simon,
I followed the link you provided step by step and the 2nd column filtering stays on:

"Please select a value.." greyed out.
Though when no filtering is applied, Im able to see all column information.

Re: List lookup returning blank when filtering

@SpenSouv

  1. Verify if List B is selected for second lookup control
  2. Please also check the name of the view is correct
  3. Does list A lookup control has been named?
  4. Are you using list A lookup control's named control for filtering your list B's lookup control and using correct column name of list B to filter values

If possible please share:

  1. The View and column headers of list B
  2. Both lookup controls configurations
  3. List of Named control from list B lookup control
