Lazy Approval Issues

Hello Community,

I am having issues with Lazy Approval. I have set everything up correctly inside SharePoint 2013. When i go to test it inside Exchange when i click reply i get We won't be able to deliver this message to <lazyapproval> email, because the email address is no longer valid.

Has anyone ran across this and know how to fix it.  This is first time using Lazy Approval with workflows.

Thank you,

Kevin

Re: Lazy Approval Issues

Hi Kevin,

Check the email address in the error message. Are there any spaces, before or after, in that address which might be different from the address you setup for lazy approval.

Refer to this link. http://sharepointgeorge.com/2010/configuring-incoming-email-sharepoint-2010/

There are some tips at the end to test the connection. Hope it helps.
