Issue
After the upgrade to K2 4.7 and running the K2 4.7 March 2018 CU + FP35, the event "Update Document Properties" in a K2 workflow does not work properly anymore, despite the fact that the values exists in the workflow datafields.Symptoms
We investigated this issue and it seems that additional information is required in the K2 Workflow to update the document properties when uploading to SharePoint.Resolution
In the "Update Document Properties" Event, the Name columns in SharePoint have to have the extension (e.g. .xlsx) added to the field.
You need to create a new "Update Document Properties" Event where you just save the Name column data with the file extension (e.g. Filename.xlsx) and that should resolve the issue.
