I installed K2 BlackPearl as a farm installation, how can I validate that the Load Balance is configured correctly?

Did you setup an NLB? Just because the installation is configured as a farm, it will not balance the load. There should be a common DNS record that takes all the user traffic and the NLB decides which K2 server should process that.
As a simple test, you can do the following. Enable full HostServer logging on both the K2 servers and start 500 instances of a workflow and monitor the size of the logs. They should be more or less the same. obviously the test has to be done when there is no other operations or users.
