Hook up SmartActions and Notifications in new 4.6.8 DEV Environment

Diagnoses

The task notifications were coming back fine. But when we try to approve an task email using Smartactions, it does not look like it is being processed.

Resolution

Smartactions was not enabled as such we reran the K2 blackpearl Setup Manager to enable Smartactions. A dedicated Smartactions account was used instead of the K2 service account. After configuring Smartactions, we were receiving a 401 Unauthorized error in the host server log with this account. Using the EWSTester tool, we were able to send email with another account from the same machine but the Smartactions account was still erring with 401 Unauthorized. Customer worked with Exchange team to resolve the 401 Unauthorized after which Smartactions are now processing as intended.
