Is there a way to add apple-touch-icon to <head> section of a form?

We've created a form here that will be used not only from desktops but also on the floor in our facility.  Many will use their iPhone, iPad or android devices and will add the link directly to their homepage.  Because of the large amount of whitespace around the form header, the icon that gets created on the mobile devices isn't the most attractive.  I'd like to use the various below settings, but have found no way to get them into the <head> section of the Nintex Form page as required.

Has anyone found any workarounds for this?

Here's an example of what should go into the <head> on a standard html page for all the mobile platforms:

<link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="76x76" href="img/touch-icon/apple-touch-icon-76.png" /><link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="120x120" href="img/touch-icon/apple-touch-icon-120.png" /><link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="152x152" href="img/touch-icon/apple-touch-icon-152.png" /><link rel="apple-touch-icon" sizes="180x180" href="img/touch-icon/apple-touch-icon-180.png" /><link rel="shortcut icon" sizes="196x196" href="img/touch-icon/android-icon.png"><meta name="msapplication-square70x70logo" content="img/touch-icon/smalltile.png" /><meta name="msapplication-square150x150logo" content="img/touch-icon/mediumtile.png" /><meta name="msapplication-wide310x150logo" content="img/touch-icon/widetile.png" /><meta name="msapplication-square310x310logo" content="img/touch-icon/largetile.png" />

Any help or new ideas certainly welcome!
