Hi,
I need to broadcast message in form of a view which is tucked in a corner of the form across all users of a system
This message will basically report pending/completed activities achieved using workflows
How do I do it?

That is a pretty broad question. Can you provide any more specifics? If smart forms, could could create a view that you include on each page or if you wanted to get a bit more hands on you could theoretically create a custom control and you could drop on each form. Just all depends on the specifics of the requirements you are trying to meet.
