Hi All:
I'm on SP2010 using Nintex Workflow Version: 2.3.14.0 I was forced to break-up a workflow in two due to size that contains a state machine; just before the first state machine ends it starts another workflow that contains another state machine.
Now all of this functions just as it should with no issues; however, the second state machine is now missing the "All Approver's Comments" from the first workflow so I attempted to use the document below to try and capture these and the outcome was less than desirable. What ended up happening was I received a long string of text that was delimited by a semi-colon so it's going to be incomprehensible to my users.
What I need is the following standard format when "Approver's Comments" is used:
Approver's User Name: Time/Date Stamp
Approver's Comments
Any advice on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
