how to mask from email address with a custom text. right now the email from address is displayed as nonmonitor@abc.com i want it to make to display as text something like "Labadmin".

where do you need it - form, workflow, ...?
how does 'Labadmin' and mail address relate to each other?
are they properties of the same user/group entity?
should it always mask to 'Labadmin' or should it different text for different mail addresses?
should it be active link?

it is for workflow. Labadmin dosent relate to mail address but just wanted for a clean from address to be shown. It should always mask to 'Labadmin' and it should not be a link.
right now I' confused.
I originally understood it you want to show some text instead of mail address within message text (mail body).
now I rather have feeling you talk about mail address fields (from, to, cc...).
is it so? then AFAIK, this is not customizable

Hi,
Set a variable with a such content :
"Pierre from SoSP" <noreply@test.ok>
Then use it in the "From" field of the notification configuration and voila ! 
great!
I would have never said that would work with nintex/sharepoint when they always tries to resolve to user entity.
