I have a data field storing a series or employee IDs (from an external system). I also have a SmartObject to fetch miscellaneous employee information from other systems. How can I create a SmartObject instance within a workflow to access the properties provided by the SmartObject?

Do you want to be able to use the datafield of EmployeeID's to filter the smart object employee details?

How have you created the SmartObject so far? Is it built to get employee data by employee Id? And these employee Ids are available within the process itself in a data field (comma delimited or something)?
