The Case:
The user is requesting a form survey to rate Service Desk Performance. In the External ticketing system, if a user's ticket is marked complete, they receive an email. In this email, they want a link to the Survey Form where they will rate their satisfaction.
If they choose ‘Bad’, it should email the External ticketing system to open a new ticket with original subject line (without the original ticket #) and Include the original ticket # and feedback in the body of the email.
We use SharePoint Online.
The Problem:
I am completely unsure of how to pull the original ticket number and subject line into the email. The only thing I can think of is manual input but this is not very user friendly.
