I have the content type added to the second library, both libraries are in the same site. Any ideas?
When using Nintex Workflow for O365, the Copy Document function does not copy the metadata. Why would this not work?

- "Metadata" means the columns of the list? As far as I know it only "Copy Document" as per Copy Document only copies the document and not the metadata of the item
- If your "Copy Document" is creating the copy in other list you can add "Update Item" to update metadata by using file name in where condition
