Server Error in SmartForms (K2.net 2003 SP1)

While attempting to test a SmartForm with K2.net 2003 SP1, you may encounter the following error in IE:

I've been experiencing this problem, though at an on-and-off basis...which is alarming. The server name that is specified in the PlanServer parameter is correct. Any ideas here? TIA

I still have the same problem :( beside the server name of K2 on the web config is well entred....how can i fix this problem if some one find the solution

Are you sure that the item you are trying to acess does exist? For example, a client page which the destination user has aleady submitted will no longer exist. When the user tries to click on the same link again after submitting the form, they will receive this error message, because the form is no longer on their worklist but has moved on in the process.
The best way to handle this is to have error checking built into your forms which will redirect the user to a friendlier error page.
