I know this can be done in document approval and have the Assign flexi task, but it is not applicable to my project as there will be no approval needed on my project. I tried to (check) the Start WF when items are modified, it can send email to the new Owner. Is there any way aside from the checking the items are modified? If I continue to use this, everytime the list item is being modified there will be notification email. I want to limit the sending of emails, especially if just the initial notification.
