These examples do not indicate how to import a Site Collection Reusable Workflow template with powershell. Can that be done?

I also want to know how to import a Site Collection Reusable Workflow template with powershell?

I have to deploy a Nintex Site Collection Reusable Workflow to multiple site collections and I need to know the way to do it preferably with PowerShell. Please help!!
