The task history can be found by adding the following to your list URL:

/Lists/Workflow%20Tasks/AllItems.aspx

Re: How to get Task History and Workflow Messages display on View Item

Saravanan,

The task history information is stored within the task list itself as previously mentioned. For example:

http://Yoursite/Lists/Workflow%20Tasks/AllItems.aspx

The workflow message information is stored in the Nintex Workflow History list stored at the site level. For example:

http://YourSite.com/Lists/NintexWorkflowHistory/AllItems.aspx

We generally do not recommend you query the history list for information as it was not intended for this purpose and can be difficult. Instead, we recommend you create logic in the workflow to populate either another list/item with information you'd like to query.

Cheers,
