I'm very new to Nintex and the OOTB CAML query. The query list is collecting ID information that have entered in the SP list form as "New" and then it will send the collection of the list to my email at the end of the day.
In the email notification, it sends the results comma seperated e.g. (13;14;15;16;17;18;19;20;21;22;24;25;26;27;28). Is there a way to format this without commas and then display vertically?
Also, can I join the URLs to be displayed right next to the ID numbers?
Following your query list i would use a "for each" action to get each item of your collection above. You will need to provide a variable to store the item in the loop.
Inside the for each you can use a build string to append each item and a line break to a multi line text variable and then use that in the email. Does that make sense?
if you're familiar with regular expressions you could achieve both your targets with a single action.
