Unable to register Oracle service instance using K2 workspace

Hi , 

 

 

We are getting "Object reference not set to an instance of an able " while trying to  register Oracle service instance in K2 workspace .

It is working fine in other enviroment  after providing the same details.

Pleae help !!

HI,

 

I have seen this behaviour many times, its something to do with ODAC dll. Please make sure you have the correct version of the ODAC is installed. Perhaps you might need to uninstall the ODAC and reinstall it again.

I recommend downloading the file ODAC121024Xcopy_x64.zip—this one has everything needed for what we need from ODAC.
