After Signing in to the k2 mobile application for windows phone, all the tasks are shown properly but when trying to open any task the form does not load and i keep getting " Server not found - failed to load the form - could not find mobile services " Error (see attached image).
So is there any suggestions ?

Can you access the form via the phones browser manually (through IE) and can the form be accessed via PC using the same form URL?Firstly one possibility is that the phone does not trust the security certificate on the Smartform server, try manually install the security certificate.
Secondly make sure the the firewall isnt blocking the connection form the App to the Smartform server. Thirdly try signing out completely from the App, start it again, sign in and test if the issue persists. The last resort would be to uninstall the App, reinstall and try again.

The problem was the form runtime URL , the Domain name needs to be added to the form runtime URL in order for the application to load the form properly.
