Dear,

What do you mean by item disappear from the list?

Is workflow deleting it?

HI Thanks for your reply,

In the list item which are completed and errored will get disappear, and sits in purge workflow data.

The item will automatically move to purge data.. I don't want this to happen.

don't you have configured list view so that it filters out completed and/or errored items?

don't you have any other workflow (eg. site one) that runs on a schedule and performs 'maintenance' so that it clears completed items?

No i don't have any site workflow that runs on a schedule. After nintex got upgraded i am facing this issue

so you say items were deleted from list? can you see them in recycle bin?

can you post an example what exactly you see in 'purge workflow data' screen?

what filter have you used?

can you clarify what platform are you on?

and details what exactly you have upgraded (form, workflow, former version, new version...)

You can see all completed and errored  items are present here.

nintex forms and workflow version has changed. no i am not able to see in recycle bin, it will be purge worklow data.

entries you see in 'purge WORKFLOW data' are not list items!

these are, as page name denotes, WORKFLOW data created/generated by the finished workflows.

apart from data for completed and errored workflow instances you can see there as well ones for cancelled instances. note as well that each workflow instance gets its own record in this list, hence you have there two entries for ID=144.

but this is definitely not a reason why you don't see items in source list!

either they are filtered out from you for some reasons (eg. list view setup, permissions...) or they are really deleted and you should be able to find them then in recycle bin then.
