Hi,
I currently have a Nintex Workflow in SharePoint that takes an uploaded word document, reads the content in the rich text content controls, and adds the content to another list. My workflow works fine, but formatting is lost, is there a way I can keep the formatting while using the "Read Document" action?

More than likely the workflow is formatting the import text as a string, not as rich text. I haven't tested that out, but I would imagine that because the workflow doesn't know the source format, it more than likely can't replicate that.
