List Lookups not returning values on iPad

I have a Nintex form that contains 3 list lookup controls.

On the desktop layout the controls work returning values. On the Nintex mobile iPad layout only 1 of the 3 controls returns values when viewing the form.

I have compared the setup of the 3 lists and lookups and I can't see anything obvious as to why the 1 would work and the other 2 would not. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any troubleshooting tips?

Okay I was able to resolve this. It turns out that filtering on list lookups does not work on Nintex mobile for iPad layout.

The solution for this was to create new views on the source lists and to filter using the views (rather than filtering on column values).
