Diagnoses
when any user tried to load a form they get an error "could not resolve user xxx" and displays a greyed out form behind the error message.
Resolution
During our online meeting, we noticed that on form initialize it was calling ADService2 > GetUserDetails method and passing it the [System Values > Current User] top node to retrieve properties for this user. We reconfigured this rule to use the [System Values > Current User > Name] node instead, this resolved the issues for the other users.
