CSS to hide List Link above Form

I’m using the SharePoint look and feel option with the Oslo Templar (on prem). The list link is appearing at the top of my form and I cannot find CSS to hide it. This is the first form I’ve created with the Oslo SharePoint template and it’s the only reason I can think of that it’s appearing. It’s never appeared in any of my other forms with the SharePoint default look and feel. See highlighted in the image. If you click on the link it takes you out of the form and to the default view of the SharePoint list.
