Communication error with server WSASend failed

Hello,

I receive the following error from the K2Rom when trying to start a process instance:



Message: Communication error with server WSASend failed: An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket.

Source: K2ROM

Are you using .net 1.1 or .net 2?

We are using .Net framework 2, K2.net 2003 and SP3. The K2 database is still running on SQLServer 2000. The front-end aspx pages were designed in Visual Studio 2005.

Does this happen everytime you're trying to connect with K2ROM or did it happen only once?

Some communications fault - check port 5252 and other firewall settings.

Hi Ockert,

Thanks for the reply, but we solved the problem... there was a virus called JS_FEEBS.GEN on our webserver which caused connection problems between the two servers :)
