Has anyone figured out how to get the "last modified by" and "last modified on" for attachments? Seems like the default smart object only pulls Added By and Date Added.

Hi ,
In this case what you can do , Add two calculated columns in the list "Modified Date" and "Modified By " and on change of the any columns .
