SP 2013 foundation on-prem.
I created a custom action based on the BasicAction sample. I'm not using it and want to remove it. But I'm unable to do so.
I tried retracting the solution and removing it, (Remove-SPSolution), but it still lingers in the "Managa allowed actions list"
Any 2 C appreciated!

Thanks - found it, I might give that a try. Though it feels a little sketchy to poke in the db tables directly.
