How can I pass variables between workflows?

Jump to solution

We're using NW2010. I've got some apps built which utilize a chain of workflows; with each workflow containing a FlexiTask. If the reviewer of the FlexiTask chooses to approve, the next workflow in the chain is initiated. This works great, but I now would like to pass variables between the workflows. I see no means of doing so.

Is there a means of doing this? If there are multiple means of doing so, is there a "best practice" way of going about it?

Hey there Alan. There 2 actions, that you want to search on.. are store and retrieve data. You use the store action to save the info in one workflow, and the retrieve to grab those values...
