We had a site workflow in our QA environment unexpectedly send out 100+ emails after we upgraded from 220.127.116.11 - the logic in the workflow contains a test on a Yes/No column so we suspect this was involved in the issue. I have to write an incident report and document that we are confident this won't happen again. To do this I need to know more about the exact nature of issue 31313. Thanks
Never saw this issue by myself but I also suggest to check ULS logs if there is any further detail about what happened when executing the workflow.
Is the workflow running fine new or is the problem still present?
