Is there a way to show that there is an attachment in the form but disable the ability to download or save as? In this instance the attachment will be shown as a thumbnail and the user should not be able to download the attached image.

This is currently not a configuration option for the attachment control, it does bear some investigation and discussion you could submit the request and get feedback from others using the new site for that purpose, https://ideas.k2.com/
