Hi, ChetanChougule,

If you mean a PDF file you can use the standard Save as PDF control. There is also the PDF converter, which can be configured dynamically, but there are some special conciderations in regards to it.

They are both available in K2 Smartforms and K2 Appit and you can check the user guide on how to configure them on the K2 Help webpage.

Monika

Hi Monika,

Thanks for the reply.

I am looking for best practices to be followed when migrating a project from Adobe Workbench to K2 workspace.

Thanks,

Chetan

I do not believe there is currently a toolutility to convertmigrate from Adobe Workbench to K2 Workflow; you will most likely need to recreate this workflow in a K2 designer (Web designer, K2 Studio, or K2 for Visual Studio) using the matching "Events" wizards.

Although, depending on which type of forms this workflow uses (ASPX, Infopath), you may be able to reuse those.  There is also K2 Smartforms if you wish to recreate those form.
