Diagnoses

Issue is related additional SmartForms Designer Runtime SSL/Runtime SSL environment fields (i.e. Smartforms Designer Runtime SSL 2).

Resolution

Removing incremented Smartforms environment fields and adding missing ArtifactPage.aspx page to K2Smartforms Designer/ArtifactPage directory resolved the issue.
