Adding a conditional new line (carriage return/line feed) into an email (E-mail event)

I have a paragraph that I would like to add into an email, conditionally.  I can easily add the conditional text using the "If" logical function.  Works great.  What I can't seem to be able to do is to conditionally add some new lines after the paragraph.

I've tried:

• putting the string in quotes and simply including typing <Enter> into the string
• appending Char(10) or #10 or %0a
• Using: URL Decode (%0a)

None of these have worked.

Any suggestion?
