Hawkeye Issue

Jump to solution

Hi ,

Today we tried to use 'Hawkeye' free 30 days trial and we successfully received the mail from Nintex with access link.

When we click the link it shows below screen.

Additional technical information:
Correlation ID: 8537f9c8-51b9-4fa4-b2f4-e0c4301e0435
Timestamp: 2016-08-30 07:29:58Z
AADSTS50020: User account 'User Name' from identity provider 'Tenant ID' does not exist in tenant 'Nintex Hawkeye' and cannot access the application 'Hawkeye Tenant' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

If any one know procedure to access 'Nintex Hawkeye' please let me know.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Muthusamy Thangavel,

What happens when you go directly to the website Nintex Hawkeye™ Workflow Analytics  and then login with the given username/password?

Greetings,

Rick

Hi Muthusamy Thangavel,

Only SharePoint 2013 is currently supported.

For SharePoint 2013: Please check the by Nintex provided information for all details.

Just to give you a high-level idea about the activities involved:

  1. You need to run a Hawkeye setup on a SharePoint server.
  2. You need to do some configuration in your SharePoint farm.
  3. You need to add a 'Nintex data source' in Hawkeye.

Cheers,

Rick

Rick,

So currently we don't have option to use hawkeye application to our existing office 365 online sharepoint tenant right.

In Hawkeye app itself they providing  option to create trial tenant we can use that for learn this application right.

Muthu

Yes, Nintex provides an 'Explore Tenant' which already contains sample data. To understand the SharePoint components involved (like the workflow actions), you need a SharePoint 2013 farm though.
