Getting attachments through Request Approval Task

I have a workflow in which through the "Request Approval" action, i get the approval from managers. Through the same action, i would like Manager send attachment also. How do i get the attachment also while approve action from manager. I added attachment control on task edit form, but how do i get that attachments?

attachments will be saved with task in workflow task list.

not sure what you mean with 'get them'...

here is eg. description how to  copy them over to another task. similarly you can copy them to list item.
