K2 Roles caching

This is about K2 roles and adding users into a AD group or SP group.
When a user is added into an AD group (which is in an existing K2 role) it is expected for this to be updated instantly, however, it looks like this takes a while for the cache to be resolved. The default time is 8 hours, is there a way to speed this up a little ?
Resolution
The identity cache is set like this automatically by default. You can set this to be quicker by using the Identity Cache Tool via the following document below:

Please note by tweaking this to be quicker may have performance hits going down the line.
