Hello Every body, I just need to know if it's possible to keep an instance available in the worklist!
I start my workflow using smartform, and the destination is a group of people, when someone open the instance from SharePoint worklist, the status of the instance becomes "Open", no one of the group can see it on their worklist except the one who opened it unless it's released.

This is the default behavior of K2 activities. The idea is to prevent duplication of work: once a person opens the activity, it cannot be opened by someone else until the first person releases the activity. If other people cannot open it, they can't do anything with it.
If you want to change this behavior, you need to change the activity to Plan per Destination. See here for more info.

I had to edit the outcomes rules.
