form generation client event not triggering on user action

Hi,

We've created a workflow and it has form generation client event which provides user option to "Yes", "No" the request. When user selects "Yes", workflow is working fine, but on selecting "No" workflow is not moving. We reverted to a previous deployed workflow on workspace, it's working fine there but not on the new workflow version. However, on comparing we are not able to figure out the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
