created a Nintex form that has a drop down at the beginning of the form and the drop down offers options but when you select one option in the drop down a whole panel shows up with some data in that panel selected depending on the options.
Our problem is the form jumps after selecting the option in the drop down. What causes this to happen? In the main panel we have filters that filter data based on the drop down, so I am not sure if this is what causes the jump and how do I disable this or stop it from jumping.

None of the panels are overlapping other controls. It seems as if the form is jumping when it filters on the cascading drop downs further in our form when we select a field in the initial lookup list.
It looks like is a refresh of the page.
Do you have the same behaviour when you publish the page?
Can you check that the code displaying your panel is not refreshing your page?
Are you using lookup to get the drop down values? The form usually refreshes when you use List Lookup control on the Nintex forms. If so, I recommend that you use a static column and use Formatting rules on the panels.

There was some refresh problems with lookup dropdown in previouses versions of Forms.....maybe check if your NINTEX install is up to date !
Latest versions solved this issue.
