New Users cannot see existing Tasks

The update to the changes made in AD that affects your dynamic queues will only be updated when the Queue gets refreshed based on the refresh interval in K2.net Service Manager. Either force a refresh or monitor the changes based on the set refresh interval.

This is available in SP2.

Using K2.NET SP2 with Dynamic Queues are enabled and Destination Queues are being used
Two Problems have been observed:

1) User married and name changed. They were added back to Active Directectory into same AD groups. They cannot see existing jobs they previously could see, only new task for job created since name change.

2) New users added to AD Groups that should see particular task but they cannot not see existing task, only new task since they were added to AD.

Any ideas what problem is?

Did you manually refresh the queue from service manager? Maybe the refresh rate is set to a lot longer that it hasn't refreshed?

Or maybe that's only available in SP3 and later?
