How to get the custom radion button's value in review task.

Hi guys

Right now i have a custom want that review team(SharePoint group or AD group) can both have comment and approve/reject function, and they all must response. So i wondering if it is possible to insert a custom radio button (approve/ reject) in custom task form and retrieve the button's value which they choose, then i can make a logic to check where the task should go to, approved or rejected.

I have googled some days but can't find similar article to learn how to get the custom button/list value in form task, please help me thanks.

what action do you use to assign tasks?

in eg. flexi task you define 'outcomes' of the task and a variable where choosen outcome is store after task is responded.

you can check the variable later in workflow what exactly approver selected.
