Hi All,
I installed K2 Server followed by SQLUM.
I tried to access Server through Service Manager but got the following error msg :
4120 : Server Not Initialized.
Please guide

Seen this error before when either the license key is invalid or when the SQLUM.dll is missing from the machine. You might want to check to see if the dll is installed correctly.
Try stopping the service, then start it again using the console (K2 Net Server in the start menu).
The console might give more useful output, and it will tell you if it is a licensing issue.
