Flexi Task Format

In a Flexi Task, is there a way to move the 'escalation' verbiage to the top of the body of the email?  Or, can ESCALATION be added to the subject line?  Is it possible to format the comments, so that they stand out more?  We're finding that the urgency is often overlooked, or that the escalation is missed entirely.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

It seems there is no option to change the escalation workflow. You might be able to use a Task Reminder for which you CAN change the subject / formatting.

We do already use task reminders and format them, but feel that’s it very important to have a separate notification for escalations. Not just a copy of the task notification with an escalation message at the very end.

I’m sure that others would certainly benefit if this enhancement would be implemented.
