Flexi Task Assignments in Site Workflow utilizing Query, Pop, and String:

Hello,

I am hoping someone may have a suggestion for the best practice on a workflow issue I am having.

I currently have an existing site workflow which queries a list to find items where the contract review date equals today.

The workflow runs each day at 8am, and sends a notification to our team with the query results (sometimes there are results, sometimes the results are null).

Our dilemma is we want to add functionality to have a flexi task assigned to each query result where contract review date = today.

The site workflow utilizes a query, then a pop, and build a string function. Then the notification sends the string information. My question is, what is the best way to separate the individual 'popped' results so a flexi task can be assigned for each? Does this need to be a separate workflow, or can it be achieved in the same workflow? Thank you in advance.

Hello Stacey

I'm not sure to understand  what who mean by "pop".

I you need one flexi for each contract, I would create a validation workflow on contracts list and site workflow starts it when needed.
