Symptoms

Problems with K2 Workspace after Upgrade

Diagnoses

Upgrading from 4.5 to 4.6.8 . We setup a new IIS server and database server and copied over our previous databases over to the new database server. We then installed fresh with 4.6.8 and went through the install/upgrade process where the configuration analyzer is reporting no errors.

Everything seems to come up okay except when we try to access Reports such as Activity Statistics, Process Information etc.
We get the following errors:

Could not load type 'SourceCode.SmartObjects.Client.ExecuteSQLQueryReaderOptions' from assembly 'SourceCode.SmartObjects.Client, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d'.

Resolution

Run the setup manager one more time and selected Configure to go thru the configuration settings. Make sure the reports run after going thru the process.
