LICENSE KEY - not able to browse "https://portal.k2.com/licensekey/partner/Default.aspx"

Dear K2 team,

 

I am installing K2 blackpearl for my own use and the given licence key already expired on 31 Dec 2014. I am looking for new licence key, could someone please guide me? FYI - https://portal.k2.com/licensekey/partner/Default.aspx, the link is not working for me :( .

Please do try shutting down your browser and reopen the page & go to the same page. Also try using a different browser.

Thanks for your response Perc....

I had tried a few times, clear cache and open new browser but still not able to access the https://portal.k2.com/licensekey/partner/Default.aspx page.

 

Chrome : 

This web page has a redirect loop

 

IE :

This page can’t be displayed 

 
Is there have any other alternative way to get the license key?
Please advise....

Have you tried to log into the portal first and then using the menu items to navigate to the license key request page?


1. Log into https://portal.k2.com


2. use top menu bar: Support > license Key request > license key


 


Please let me know if that resolves your issue
