Hi,
I have a Nintex Workflow where the wokrflow sends a notification as soon as a user uploads a new document. In the "To" receipients field, I am using SharePoint user groups. However, the user receives two emails for the same update. Why is this happening?
I checked "send individually addressed emails". should I uncheck this?

Here is my actual workflow set up.
I have two workflows on the same library:
1) starts when an item is created and message is sent out to the user that an item is created.
2) starts with a condition, where if the document in the root of the library is updated and sends an email that a document is updated.
since these are two workflows acting on the same library, is this the reason why Nintex is sending two emails? please help!!

Take a look at "List settings/WOrkflow settings"...it sometimes happens that another instance of the same workflow runs simultaneously.
